As a full time psychology professor, I remain up-to-date on the latest research in therapy and theraputic technique. I have the ability to work with clients through various theoretical orientation and approaches, typically starting with a brief or solution focused model to provide instant relief and then transitioning to cognitive and/or behavioral approaches and existential and psychoanalytic.
