* By Requesting Membership, you signify your assent to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, do not use this site or services.

* The Member expressly agrees that the use of the Psychotherapy-Network is at the Member's sole risk.
* Psychotherapy-Network is provided on an "as is" basis w/o any warrantees of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to a Member therapist's ability or fitness to provide services.

* The Member acknowledges that the Psychotherapy-Network is not liable for any defamitory, offensive or illegal conduct by any other members or clients or third party use of this site and it's contents. All risk is rests entirely with the Member and client.
* In no event will Psychotherapy-Network, or any person or entity invloved with creating, producing, designing, or distributing material, be liable for any damages arising out of the use of this site and it's content.
* The Member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Psychotherapy-Network owners and employees from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of Psychotherapy-Network by the Member.
* Psychotherapy-Network does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchant's ability or fitness for any particular purpose.
* Under no circumstances will Psychotherapy-Network be liable for any loss or damage caused by a Member or Client's reliance on information obtained from this site.
